Africa Natural Safaris

Our Review Collection Guidelines | Africa Natural Safaris

Our reviews come straight from the people who traveled with us. Here's exactly how we collect them, and what we do — and don't do — before a review reaches this site.

"Written by the travelers who were actually there."
01

Consent-based, every time

After African safari trip wraps up, we email each traveler a private feedback form. Nothing is published unless the traveler ticks the box agreeing to share their comments publicly. If a group travels together, one person can submit on behalf of the party.

02

Tied to a real, completed African Safari trip

Every review on our site is linked to an actual booking that ran to completion. We don't solicit, buy, or swap reviews, and we don't publish feedback for trips that didn't go through us.

03

In the traveler's own words

We publish what traveler writes, without rewriting the substance. We ask that entries reflect the writer's own experience, stay free of discriminatory or abusive language, and avoid naming other guests or crew in a way that could embarrass or expose them.

04

Useful for the next traveler

The most helpful reviews describe what the African safari trip was actually like — the route, the pace, the safari guide, what to pack, what surprised them. We encourage detail over generic praise so future travelers can plan with confidence.

05

No advertising, no spam

We remove entries that promote unrelated businesses, link out to other safari operators, or read as repeated/copy-pasted content.

06

What happens after you submit

Our team checks each submission against these guidelines before it goes live — usually within a few business days. We may decline a review that doesn't meet them, but we don't alter the wording of what we do publish.
